Today is the very first day of the very first month that I attempt one big challenge and one mini challenge!
- Big Challenge for February: No Processed Sugar
- Mini Challenge for February: 28 Day Squat Challenge (perfect for February)
This also happens to be my first blog ever (so many firsts!) and I’m so technologically challenged that I had to google just about every aspect about blogging and have become mentally exhausted. Perhaps this is due to a lack of sugar? Me thinks so.
The gist of Day 1: No Processed Sugar and I completed the recommended 30 squats. Double YAY!
Meal 1:
Yes that is toast and butter, but I checked, and apparently butter does not have any sugar. Win!
Meal 2:
Mixed vegetables with brown rice and quinoa. I’m super proud because my typical dinner includes red meat, white carbs, and tons of sweets [the bad kind]. 🙂
Snacks: Kiwi, a bite of a breakfast sausage, and tons of coffee.
